Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Item Variant Change: If the item delivered does not meet your preferred variant, you can return it within 7 days for a replacement.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is broken or defective upon delivery, we will accept a return within 7 days and offer a replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Items cannot be returned or refunded in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items that have been used or worn

3. No Refund Policy
Please note, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide a replacement for defective items or in cases of variant changes.
